There is a regular calendar of events throughout the season worth attending if you want to take your 'Beam out for a run and to meet fellow 'Beamers. The list below includes the key annual events in 2010 for veteran and vintage motorcycles, and where you will be likely to find a good number of Sunbeams. Should you want to participate with your machine, for most events this requires contacting the organiser. SUNDAY 14 MARCH The Pioneer Run from London to Brighton. Organised by the all-make Sunbeam MCC for veteran (pre-1915) machines. There are usually a number of early Sunbeams present, including an opportunity to see the v-twin machines.
SATURDAY 21 - SUNDAY 22 MARCH The Marston Sunbeam Register will be present at the show. Have a chat or sign up for membership. See: www.scottishmotorcycleshow.com

18 APRIL Timed to mark the anniversary of the start of motorcycle racing in the UK at Brooklands on 20th April 1908. Machines with genuine Brooklands history to feature.
SATURDAY 24 - SUNDAY 25 APRIL The Marston Sunbeam Register will be present at the Stafford Classic Bike Show as usual. Come along to have a chat or to sign up for membership of the Register.
SUNDAY 4 JULY The Marston Sunbeam Register's Annual Rally in Wolverhampton for bicycles and motor cycles. It will be held this year at the RAF Museum, Cosford, a few of miles outside of Wolverhampton. Contact the Marston Sunbeam Register for details.
SUNDAY 25 JULY The Festival of Black Country Vehicles at the Black Country Living Museum, Dudley in the West Midlands. See some of the Black Country's finest vehicles whiz around the museum's roads, avoiding the trams. The Museum will be celebrating the centenary year of the foundation of AJS Motor Cycles, Sunbeam's great local rival. AUGUST The Wolverhampton Testers' Run. A weekend trip to Dinas Mawddy, mid Wales taking in the infamous Bwlch-y-Groes pass.
